Schedule and Pricing Flying Center I Opening November 2007 The first BattleRC Flying Center FC I will open to the public November 2007 in Southern California! Flying Centers let you fly model planes, each armed with a laser and having laser targets. You fly them with a control stick from inside the base station, wearing a VR headset which gives you a true first-person perspective from a camera mounted in the fuselage.

Date Location Notes November 2007 10:00 AM - 4:45 PM Orange County area Public beta test. First hour will be free. December 2007 10:00 AM - 4:45 PM Orange County area Same location as the beta. First 15 minutes free Mondays and Tuesdays. From 11 AM - 12 AM all month get an hour at half price! You can also book a BattleRC mobile unit for special events. BattleRC will expand in 2008, allowing anyone with a broadband internet connection to fly from home! A beta test will be open to BattleRC members. Membership BattleRC members receive special offers for reduced flying rates, as well as being able to place reservations for a flying station at any BattleRC FC. Additionally, as we constantly improve the BattleRC experience members will have the option of participating in beta tests.
